Abstract

성인 남녀 각각 30명씩 60명을 선정하여 표준위치에서 촬영된 파노라마 X선사진상에서
Panoramic innominate line의 형태를 조사하여 분류하고, 두부를 10mm 전방이동, 10mm 후
방이동, 10° 하방이동, 그리고 10° 상방이동시킨 후 촬영된 각각의 파노라마 X선사진상에
서 panoramic innominate line의 형태변화와 인접 해부구조물과의 관계변화를 비교, 분석하
여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다.
1. 두부의 위치이동에 따른 panoramic innominate line의 형태적 변화는 없었으며, 그 형
태는 피조사자의 해부학적 구조의 특성에 따라 결정되는 것으로 생각된다.
2. panoramic innominate line은 두부를 10㎜ 전방이동시킨 위치와 10° 하방이동시킨 위
치에서 상악동 후벽과의 거리는 좁아졌으나 보다 분명한 상을 얻을 수 있었으며, 한편 두부
를 10㎜ 후방이동시킨 위치와 10° 상방이동시킨 위치에서는 상악동 후벽과의 거리가 넓어
졌으며, 상이 전반적으로 흐려졌다.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the changes of the shape of the
panoramic innominate line and also to examine the relation of the panoramic innominate
line to maxillary posterior wall according to positional changes in panoramic radiographs
of the patients who had no bathoses in the maxillary sinus and adjacent bony
structures. Thus these panoramic radiographs were obtained and evaluated in standard,
forward 10mm, backward 10㎜, chin down 10°, and chin up 10° positions. And the
following results were obtained :
1. Panoramic innominate lines were not changed in shape according to various
positional changes in panoramic radiography.
2. The panoramic innominate line was observed to be more clear images and
decreased distance to the posterior wall of maxillary sinus at forward 10㎜ and chin
down 10° positions. And the panoramic innominate line was observed more blurred
images and increased distance to the posterior wall of maxillary sinus at backward
10mm and chin up 10° positions.
